We offer butchering clinics which provide valuable education on animal husbandry and meat production which can lead to a deeper appreciation of the food we consume, a greater understanding of where it comes from and how it is produced. 


Our clinics provide an opportunity for the community to partake in local harvesting which is more economical and ethical as it allows for higher animal welfare standards, alternative dispatch methods, and reduces the need for transportation which decreases the carbon footprint as well as the stress it has on the animals. Through the process we are able to share why responsible and ethical practices are integral to a sustainable, self-reliant future.
